By all outside measures, Squeegee was successful and, as a result, should be happy. He got into a great school (in part due to his parent's legacy there), he got a great job (in part because of his father's connections within the medical industry), and he lived in a great place in the city (in part because of his mother's habit of feeding him, helping out with rent whether he wanted her to or not). He was healthy, wealthy, and safe, but he had mostly reached that point due to following in the advice of those around him whom he loved and loved him back. And while there wasn't anything necessarily wrong with that, he'd always feel a small pang of regret whenever he saw his younger brother's posts of him galivanting around in Chicago, half a country away - still surrounded by a bubble, sure, but one most definitely not as safe as his.

That feeling of regret would later warp into a lack of self-worth; at this point in his life, what did he have to stand for? What impressions on the world did he make? What legacy would he leave? He would every now again feel the urge to drop everything and take a risk, almost for the sake of taking a risk, but his fear of messing up on a life decision would always hold him back - wouldn't he be turning his back on the ones who raised him if he split apart now? What if he tried to strike out on his own, failed, then put a burden on his family when they had to bail him out?

At the end of the day, Squeegee lived a fine life - he was still a good man, he still did well at work and in home life, but he was missing was he needed to become great. Since he didn't join a fraternity, he never built up the lifelong connections that would challenge him to do things outside of his comfort zone. He never branched off into a field of work that put a chip on his shoulder, which pushed him to work harder and perform better than it would otherwise. He never put his career on hold to support the love of the life, much to the chagrin of the more traditional side of his family, which meant that his connection with his future life was missing the years of hardship in that tiny Chicago apartment where they were too proud to ask for help and instead just needed to grind it out.

But instead of becoming the man and father that so many people respected and turned to, he faded away.

In 1997, Rolling Stone named Orlando the "Seattle of Electronica" as well as named its Club Firestone, known for it's after hours all-age, events the best dance club in the Southeast. That same year, the Mayor, confronted with increasing numbers of overdoses and complaints from churchgoers who were going to church at the time that people were leaving the clubs, passed a no rave ban, which forced any establishment that sold alcohol to close at 3 am.

Either they lied about their ability and skedadled, it's part of their ability, or someone shot them into the stratosphere to delay their action so that we don't get the info from their explosion.

I stated multiple times Alisae was town and the wagon was bad, I’m allowed to be upset the wagon went through, idk why you’re suspicious of this...?
