i want a hard counter-claim that can be examined, not some wishy-washy "oh i didn't think that would exist in the game with my role" stuff that you can back out of after a town flip

especially since you should theoretically have no idea what scum power exists and you're clearly not claiming a protective role unless it's a joat 1-shot or something
