VCA is short for vote count analysis. It's an analysis derived from vote counts.

But honestly neither of them have a truly horrendous postcount and you can just ignore it

My actual read on hydras is a slight scumlean but it’s a gut thing and I don’t think I can substantiate it. It wasn’t from hectic!head it was from one of the other too
