Zurel is asking a lot of questions that newbtown tend to ask. Such as :"can we refrain from voting", "what are we supposed to do" etc.
I can guarantee you that if you check a lot of newbie games and analyze the type of first-time players that make these kinds comment and are town it would be pretty high percentage.
