I don't know what to tell you man. Looking over the game objectively, I look scummy AF. I called that I'd be the lynch today, then people start voting me. Que surprise! I know I'm town, so I'd rather see CHK/NPOM/Pook/Walter die today, because there is a reasonable chance of between one and three scum in that list. But, you know, nobody else but the scumteam can know that for sure so from town's point of view it's probably important to kill me, since there is no way I am EVER getting nked at this point, and I don't see how I can be part of a trusted townblock either.

That's actually a good point, I read it as DGB contradicting herself initially.

It was the 'trash meta' thing that threw me off.

Actually let me walk back the "trash" part.

I always say that meta is trash for a variety of reasons:

• Every game is a melting pot of personalities to whom every player reacts to in their own personal way.
  
• Every game day is a microcosm that becomes more differentiated and complex as the game progresses.
  
• Game A might inspire a player to be in a good mood, while Game B will make the same player morose.
  
• No player doing "meta analysis" is reading 5 different 157 page games, absorbing all the situational subtleties and coming up with conclusions better than random chance.

However, now that I think about it, NPOM's analysis is different. He is not looking at interactions, particular posts, wordings, perceived strategies, but end-of-game binary outcomes: "endgamed" or "not endgamed." It's a very simple test, 0 or 1.

His analysis is in fact useful and directly contradicts TD's declarations.
