this is revisionist and not what i'm doing, ty. I'm not whining, and i'm functionally doing exactly what you want me to be doing - i.e. telling people where to go on my green flip - albeit with different methodology

And, imo, the way i'm going about it is going to be significantly more effective than just dropping a long wall without actually engaging with people

Incorrect. You started hinting that you would jump on F&G today when Bingle wagon hadn't even gone thru yet. Thats what I mean by u setting up chain lims. I take it back. If F&G is town, you set up chain lims. Partner equity is high but I don't really see it so if F&G is red, ur still green. If not, ur red.
