I should have noted this sooner:
No neutrals in this game.
11 alive people.
4 v 7.
Gamma dies to factional attack.
Scum have another 4 attacks, which makes them likely to kill someone.
If we lynch town today and don't kill anyone tonight, we lose.

We really have to think about backup night attack(s) in case of mislynch.
Who was trying to speedlynch F&G today? If F&G is town, that person(s) get scum points.
