who the fuck knows; my first inclination is that it's maid but I think as muffin pointed out earlier it's possible that setup creators classified a town suicide bomber as negative utility.

I don't get the claim of a roleblock N2 if maid was the target N2 and scum has a roleblocker-thread-go-awayer

one tinfoil theory i had was that april neighbourised bulge at the start of d2 and not as a night action, which would have easily explained everything if april was responsible for the removal stuff

but uh

if the neighbourhood was created N1, that rules that theory out

reflexive is the most sensible explanation unless scum can multi-action
