I mean I'm not 100% the same but it was similar in that I townread a slot for a very long time and then they said something very weird when they were at L-1 and I killed them and then they flipped villager.
It technically happens.

i mean when bulge explained his question better i was less put off by it. but by that point deadline was fast approaching and idk, it kinda felt too late to go sniff around elsewhere?
