personally the issue is not the wagon, but the way it formed. wagons are good. pressuring math is fine. but this is pretty standard play from math and ive yet to see anyone try to convince me that this is scum!math rather than just normal lurky math.In post 802, VP Baltar wrote:

i didnt miss it. i checked the timestamp and it seemed like not enough time had elapsed for ndmath to be lurking, look at the thread, notice pressure, and start posting. i think it was like 3 minutes later. In post 808, Andresvmb wrote:
Maybe I should have phrased it better - pressure can definitely catch Scum. It’s just that there was no buildup to it when it happened. So unless Math creates a hole for themselves, you end up in a situation where others don’t join because the explanation just isn’t there. In post 714, shellyc wrote:where I explained why math is scum and just binned it as "slightly town!AI" for no reason
andres why do you think a flashwagon doesn't catch scum? this is garnering multiple reactions
However, what Tayl0r seems to have completely missed and I did was Scummy (and self-conscious) was Math admitting that the timing of their posting was off.- Tayl0r Swift

I've not played with SCum Not Mafia. I have a hige fear the game they are scum, their playstyle will just let them coast through the game for ages and agesIn post 791, Andresvmb wrote:
I have something to add here about Not_Mafia, since we’ve played together on another forum (several times). I already think they’re Town. I don’t know that you’re going to get much more from them actually, but they definitely can be useful. They tend not to be, but they won’t completely self-sabotage the Town either. In post 525, VP Baltar wrote:Also, for anyone who has played with not_mafia....what was your experience? Do they become useful at some point later in the game if they are town?
Also, I see @Not_Mafia you’ve been somewhat censored over here haha that’s a shame.
@ Dripping Goofball - I like your breakdown of my posts
at least this game they didn't wait until 2 hours before DAy 1 deadline as they were about to be hammered to get replaced.....In post 850, Infinity 324 wrote:Someone just won a lot of money betting on who would get replaced first.
[yeah, i'm going to have that game hanging over me for a long time]
well, that explanation never came...In post 828, DkKoba wrote:VOTE: andres
ill explain later in more detail but their recent posts stink tonme and I think they're doing a lot of open ended solving ie setting up a ML chain
then 5 posts that waffle and waffle and waffle some more
than that.
that is the first series of posts in the game that I have paid attention to.
don't like them at all.- Glitch

This game looked pretty pleasant from an outside perspective so let’s see how it is to play it.We're falling through space, you and me, clinging to the skin of this tiny little world, and if we let go...That's who I am.

Early townread for this mindset, as long as there’s a payoff

Not a fan of this post. The response to the claims feels excessive, and the stuff with Shelly, while feeling like skepticism at first glance, feels like undermining with this post.In post 72, Andresvmb wrote:I’m ignoring all of the claims, since they seem completely made up.
I will say this - from experience, concluding that shellyc is Town this early is a red flag to me. @DrippingGoofball have you played with Shelly before? We're falling through space, you and me, clinging to the skin of this tiny little world, and if we let go...That's who I am.

Hey Taylor...I already posted a case. If you're making a meta defense of Math, the burden isn't on me. I've never played with Math before. In post 799, VP Baltar wrote:OK, so here is what I think is wrong with NDmath.
Biggest issue I see is a lot of IIoA posting and just general wall paper existence.
This early on post is a prime example of what I mean:
Math is asked how he reads a situation and recites a general fact that there is pressure happening and then gives a kind of softball read of shelly that seems to justify where his RVS vote was already at.In post 196, NDMath wrote:
There's pressure on shelley infinity and geraintm during the last three pages. In post 194, DkKoba wrote:ndmath how do u read the last 3 pages?
Shelley's been responding in what I think is slightly scumindicative for them.
I don't have a read on infinity.
Geraint hasn't given anything yet.
Also Jackson's fake claim is interested, but probably nai.
Further point against Math is that he feels like he is trying to pocket me and basically only interacts around shelly. I just don't like the stagnation on this slot.
Really unclear why Taylor and andres were so eager to defend what is pretty milquetoast play so far.
I don't put a ton of stock in meta, but you're welcome to say this is Math's town play. I don't find it particularly protown, and it isn't really about lurking.YOUR AD HERE- VP Baltar

im not here to defend math. the case is eh. maybe. but this looks a lot like what ive seen from math as town. math is a wallflower who doesnt really do much. i dont know how to sort math and maybe math makes for a good policy lunch, but eh. i think we can probably do better. In post 864, VP Baltar wrote:

I'm open to being persuaded elsewhere. Haven't seen super strong cases today (but it is also D1, so we can only expect so much). In post 871, Tayl0r Swift wrote:im not here to defend math. the case is eh. maybe. but this looks a lot like what ive seen from math as town. math is a wallflower who doesnt really do much. i dont know how to sort math and maybe math makes for a good policy lunch, but eh. i think we can probably do better.
So are you saying you think this is Math's town meta or just his general play all the time, regardless of alignment? Does math usually tunnel?

Geraint is locktownAlso, what is Not_Mafia doing? This is some of the worst play I’ve ever seen.I will SEARCH for games with you and N_M to help you policy him.I can't remember the last N_M post that wasn't bland, unimaginative and lame. i dont think ive seen math play scum. im just saying math always feels lurky and bland to me. i think math's takes as town are generally decent even though they are sparse though. so maybe bad takes = math is scum? not sure about tunneling either. anyway VP this is the sort of engagement re math i was looking for from someone on the wagon. shockingly it came from the person on the wagon i most strongly townread. In post 872, VP Baltar wrote:
