The sample role PM has neighborhood included so that’s why I thought that.

Fakegod did send out a pm which talked about neighborhoods but there is no neighborhood in the sample role pm.

This probably means nothing, but it bugged me at the time because I thought that it might be a scum slip. I feel stupid bringing it up now because it's probably dumb, but I forgot that it bugged me then. (I didn't say anything at the time because I was trying to be good and not out the dethy, and I have a really bad habit of outing stuff that I shouldn't lol.)

There is a hood in the sample role PM. It just says "none". I thought it was significant because if there weren't going to be hoods then why include a neighborhood area in the first place.
