What actually really confuses me is why Cakez still has some fight in him considering this game is just super doomed for him and there’s no way he’s getting out of this hole but he’s probably just stubborn or something idunno let’s kill him anyways because I want to have that feels good moment when he flips scum

Also even if he is town at this point there’s been multiple scumflips and I don’t think he’s been trying to adjust his reads at all for it.
Like he still scumreads Nahdia which at this point I believe he’s just lolcatting at this point because he’s not trying to put his mind on the table for why he thinks its nahdia when the burden is on him to convince us why Diamond at the start of D2 busses Nahdia

Like if there wasn’t an investigation on Peta, I actually think Peta has a ton of motivation to bus Diamond and I can see that being a very valid play considering the scrutiny that he was being pushed for pushing bulge.

But I also think its weird to force a Bulge wagon while shutting down the gamma wagon when Gamma is also town so I really just think that Peta is just town here

My thoughts on sir cakez is that yeah he looks about as textbook partner as DS did. He had a good push on Taylor, which was good. But he didn't really see what was wrong with bell day one and defended DS days one and two. Those aren't terrible points against him because others did too, and he did push Bell on day two and was very vocal about that, but he also did use peta's push on bulge to go after him, and I do hate the reads lists push. None of that is a smoking gun because that could come from town too. My main issue is yesterday and his lack of really trying to find bell's partner. He just basically has been very static on it being nahdia, which okay is fine also, but the thing that bothered me is that he didn't have any concern about DS being bussed yesterday, just nope it's nahdia, and I don't like his argument against her for not voting. I mean no concern that it's midway bear, who did have some weirdish interaction with bell and DS day one. Bell had an odd townread on DS early day one for his rvs argument after thinking he was probably scum. It just felt like he wasn't looking at the entire picture and what was available but rather what he thought he could push maybe? IDK

I thought it weird that he also wasn't concerned about peta, who also had a back and forth with bell, and started scum hunting the DS wagon day two, and part of his bulge push was made stronger because he was voting DS who peta had called town. Why wouldn't it concern him that his bell and DS interactions could also be scum indicative?

This isn't bet the game on sir cakez being scum because I guess this could come from town too. I'll laugh if it's midway bear, whose tossing out there that peta could be a godfather could be a setup for tomorrow? Could be town paranoia. Though what I was starting with is that it would be funny if it's him because it will just be another instance of me thinking scum seem *fine* and kinda forgetting about them until a few days in.

With nahdia I think I've just gotten over my concern there, which will also be funny if I was right early. But I don't necessarily think the argument with diamond is all that clearing. I just think it would be odd for their scum tactic to play dumb with not knowing how day one turned out and the dethy, and then tmi Diamond Sentinel's mindset though it's not entirely implausible.

Those were my night thoughts. Didn't have thoughts for alisae and pooky because I expected them to be dead.

Its not that hard you just have to try to figure out why they would want to do that and what the benefits are for them.
I can't think about how killing Jake benefits scum other then its 1 less conftown but ig said scum player just hasn't learned yet that sometimes you may want to bring conftown into a lylo situation

Jake has been really quiet and that in of itself is scary in that he's unpredictable.

But like, I'm not sure if that was the reason for the nightkill given that Jake has no influence at this point. If I was scum, I would probably be more focused in the moment than planning ahead given that I'm not in that great of a spot.

i don't think it's the argument, it's the fact diamond came out the gate gunning for nahdia on the start of day 2. he knew jake was off the table and that was going to be his new target
