At no point have you directly retracted the comment. [That I've seen.] An apology does not retract the comment, and while I do believe you were not completely malicious in intent, the intent was still to piss me off.

I say stupid stuff regularly. I do not attack people, however. There was a line, and it was crossed. The best thing you can do, is learn from it and not make that mistake again, and accept on this occasion, the mistake cannot be rectified and move on.

I’m really sorry to hear that and if not forgiving me is in your best interest, then you should absolutely not do it, I’m obviously not happy about it but I can’t justify being do selfish as to put you into that position, so I accept your decision eventhough I’m not happy about it.,

Yeah, have you ever encountered someone who you just didn’t believe what they were selling? That’s how I feel about Owno. I just don’t buy that anyone honestly is still paranoing on Noraa atp. I just don’t find that thought process to be credible.

I'll allow placeholder votes using the HURT: tags in the event the player is afraid they'll forget to pass it on. The person it's passed to will simply default to the placeholder they've put down earlier.

I’m thinking I’m mindmelding with Noraa that it isn’t Pooky. Too many things don’t really fit Pooky!scum here. I really do think I’m right, still need to hear more from Fidget to be sure but now I’m leaning Owno - Fidget - Pooky.
