I will say outworld reminds me of his towngame in open 799 where i found it easy to push on them without needing to exert much effort bc they naturally exuded scumminess. Leaning town for now.
There's a specific scumtell ill be looking for with coalition building that I'll call when i see it.

Atm i trust the ppl in my current council team the most FWIW
