keep in mind I'm kinda operating on partial dat ahere. If I ever feel the need to read up I will but rn I'm good to just play forward for the most part (I want to read as much I can of D2 onward) and read ISOs for the dark spots in what that provides

I think the general idea of 'I'm town because I'm a PR' tends to come more from scum than town. Not saying town can't do it, but I think scum rely on it more for towncred.

If a name wasn't included, I didn't know where to put them. With the exception of one name that wasn't included because I don't think there's a point (I do think they're town though).
