lets start with your standing in the game:

lilith/you = jailkeeper (targeted menalque N1, infinity N2, not_mafia N3) - on N1 we deliberately no-killed. throughout the game everyone has thought that you were responsible for blocking the N1 kill in some way (either that you blocked mena-scum, or scum tried to NK him) OR that there was a doc save made. however, we were informed that there was no doc/rb in the game, and the town has only just found that out during massclaim which happened in the last 10-15 pages or so.

so, the town believes in order for you to be scum, that scum must have no-killed, which everyone is treating as a conspiracy except menalque. he is your biggest attacker and the only one that is really pursuing you as scum right now. be careful tangling with him too much before you get caught up.

oh, on D2 lilith outed herself unprompted as a JK with a pseudo-guilty on menalque. he has managed to live through it by appearing fairly obvtown via his play. some townies are starting to suspect him now that it's been proven there was no doc to have accounted for the N1 kill.

we have chosen for SS to not claim the cop/redirector role, which means the town knows scum have taken the cop role as a defensive play. since TGP went for cop, town know the fakeclaiming cop/redirector is between (SS/infinity/peta/mena). technically it could still be dave, but since peta is backing up dave's claim, dave can't be redirector unless scum with peta.

i'm happy to talk more about the current dynamics, but maybe it's best to get a bit more acquainted with the game first before you get in arguments with mena. he's literally your only attacker, so you're not under pressure. catch up at your own pace.

you can probably skim/skip most of D1 (which went 57 pages). the main things from D1 to know is your slot got wagoned to E-1 then strangely fizzled away once skitter (who was leading your wagon) got cold feet, and the town instead run up an apathetic DGB for the D1 execution. skitter was your biggest detractor on D2 and D3, and some of menalque's suspicion on you is based on skitter's insistence that your slot was scum.

reading the game's D2 will be important since that is when lilith outed herself as a JK given there was no-kill N1. (the no-kill N1 was a gambit on our part but the town doesn't know that).

The most important thing guys is to not leave any obvious associatives. We all need to treat each other as if we’re unaligned. I’m good at both that and making good NK choices. I actually won my first scumgame - not on this site - due to making all of the optimal NA choices. My buddy wanted to do something different but luckily I convinced him that my way was right and it probably made all the difference to our winning or losing.

Mena is already starting to waver a bit. XD. I probably wouldn’t have stood a chance with Skitter still in the game since she was heavily sr my predecessor. That obviously makes this a lot more challenging because it’s a lot easier to defend myself than Lillith obviously, so it’s probably best that I don’t try unless absolutely necessary.

I honestly thought this was an obvtown slot when I repped in. Pooky was sad because he hates being scum. I definitely prefer town and would probably never knowingly replace into a scum slot if I can help it but Mena’s right. We’re both pretty decent as scum, so hopefully we can turn this around. The fact that only Mena suspects us is obviously good though. *crossing fingers*

mena gambited on D3 by fakeclaiming cop who had results of {blocked N1, inno on skitter N2, blocked N3} and given you JK'ed N_M on N3, he was caught in a contradiction if there was no doc/RB in the game (as you claimed to block N_M N3 and no other block is possible).

mena retracted his cop fakeclaim gambit after he had tested enough reactions (and because people were calling for a potential doc to CC - as a doc claiming would prove there's no other blocking roles in the game, thus catching mena in a lie). obviously we knew it was fake all along though, so we were playing along with it. but i believe that was why lilith was accusing mena of lying.

realistically, we're probably eliminating between those four players. read up on them.

if you can somehow eventually land on a vote for peta/infinity/mena instead of SS, it would be best. we probably don't want to bus today, but take your time to read those players.

your slot is in a good position because you can justify any vote as you're a new player who isn't really fully aware of what's going on.

Me and Pooky both find Peta to be the scariest but we obviously can’t push him. I hope Mena flip doesn’t hurt us but since he’s pushing us the hardest we obviously can’t NK him without it looking bad.

I suppose if I was town I’d be suspicious of anyone trying to deathtunnel me.
