No, the track and protect can be used on anyone in the playerlist; it's just that The Council will decide who it is used on. I will try to amend my setup post so it is easier to understand soon.

Noraa if you think infinity’s paranoia is fake, what do you think of his reason to be paranoid.

I dont know what the paranoia is supposed to mean atm. His reasons to be paranoid are fair and I could see a townie being paranoid for those exact reasons.

The reason why it gives me pause is because paranoia is a townie thing that I used to love to exaggerate as scum. I dont really do that much anymore but it used to be a scum tell so naturally, I always raise my eyebrows a bit when I see it.

My question is: why is Infinity acting paranoid if he’s scum? My best guess is he wanted to perhaps pocket me given his explicit overture about tsow. But I don’t think he’s acted with intent to pocket me this far, he seems quite genuine.

I think Tracy is a better pick than Infinity if I'm being honest. I'm trying to come around to Town!Infinity but I still think Tracy is more likely to be town here.

The other two I don't love either but Infinity is probably my weakest link in the council as of right now.

I don't really think Infinity's paranoia is something that has a reason to be faked here. He's been TRed by most slots for a majority of the game, could have eased his way into the council without changing anything, and then all of a sudden started changing his reads and expressing paranoia that was more likely to get him SR?

I was leaning toward him being scum, but I just don't see what benefit he gets out of playing in this fashion.

Why do you want to be on the council? ^_^

- I want a neighborhood with sane people so I can talk about the game as well as have those people keep me in check if I am ever unreasonable because I can get that way and I can deathtunnel people into the ground like how I did with noraa if no one tries to stop me and tell me that I could be wrong.
- I want to be able to offer my opinion on how to use the abilities
- I feel safer being on the council due to the fact that if scum try to shoot me, their kill might fail.

Kookie is highly tonal, but also some stuff I can't directly reference. However, I'm aware of Noraa's tendency to hard push on stuff they believe in and that seems like it's being directly replicated here. While I'll admit I'm not particularly a fan of how they've tackled my slot specifically, I can see town motivation. 684 also details some of my feelings towards them.

I skimmed over Purple vs. Noora again and this is where I picked up a lot of the tonal and pushing stuff which I believe is town!noraa indicative. Idk. I'm trying to be engaged here but I think I'm still harbouring some like... stupid demotivation because of how I may wrongly or rightly be perceiving how I'm being treated as a slot in this game lmao. Think I just need to stop being a little bitch. I think in this game I'll do better wiht more real-time interactions

To me it looks like Flea doesn't really seem interested in being right.

Like, Infinity I feel like I'm having a hard time believing that Flea is saying I'm flailing in good faith

I also feel like if Flea was able to say my slot was lockscum and had everything figured out, they would be able to justify how Taly's posts are scummy but they don't seem interested in doing that.

I think so? I did say I was worried about murder buddying me before that but it wasn’t the same. Soon after purple replaced in I got worried noraa was buddying me. But purple wasn’t actually buddying me back then so idk.
