I think its okay for them to be mad and to be frustrated about it and denying them from showing that and not express it does more harm then good.

It's hard to say with players whose emotions flow thru their posts like Ali but I think I should be able to confidently sort them by the time we hit like ~100 pages which'll be some time tomorrow.
