I really don't think so. First wagons normally disappear fast. If you are scum, you shouldn't be that uncomfortable considering if shoshin really was ur buddy there are plenty of good counter wagons to start. For example, me.

Scum have to make a quick decision on speed wagons. If Shoshin is town, they are more likely to stay off the wagon if it is town driven.

Having been in this exact position as scum opposite ABR in Revelations, I can confidently say the decision to bus is a hard one when the wagon happens super fast.

In that game, I made the choice to bus my buddy Aero, but my other buddies hemmed and hawed and it was a shit show. Plus since this is the first wagon, scum wouldn't be wrong to assume it falls apart 9/10 times.
