like it felt like another example of communication between you and skitter which felt out of place to me, but you saying, 'and what of it? why are you making this post' seems more along the lines of how i was thinking about it

i got the same vibe from it that i did from Skitter30's earlier post where Skitter30 was shading Isis, like she's trying to lay some foundation before she makes each move so it looks more like its coming from somewhere/backed up when it doesn't read as super natural to me

I also think jessie could be right that there could be mechanical guilties, but it’s fine to assume otherwise since we don’t really know. Like yes, I know we are not playing mountainous double day but since we don’t know what the twist is, I think it’s reasonable to play as though it is mountainous double day.

what precludes the phase after this one from being, 'town votes to public cop' instead of eliminate? does that not potentially produce a mechanical guilty? does that seem impossible? i get that i am difficult to communicate with, i do, but also it feels like you are not trying to understand what i'm saying.

PEdit: By trying to encourage talk about the setup. Potentially trying to acquire targets for later for whatever reason. There's multiple PTs, all town are VT. Multiple groups are almost definitely involved here. But again, until I know otherwise all I can do is assume 10/3, 9/4, 9/2/2 or 8/3/2 maybe with a double lynch mechanic.

this very thing has led to me catching mafia numerous times, but it has also led to me 'catching' town, so that's why i ask for help filtering:

isis mentioned ame recently and they are one of my favourite players because they are willing to spend the time to try to see things the way i am and then say, 'jessie i don't think this one makes sense' or 'you might be on to something here' and they like, help me be useful. i get that that's like a big burden for someone, so maybe all of town can share it here.

I think it's weird that Dunn would respond to my conspiracy theory argument that he/tgp are red/red scum theater with "ok flip TGP first" if he thought TGP was red.

because TGP flipping red doesn't exactly help him rebutt that argument,

the way "flip TGP first" would make sense as a response to me is if Red!Dunn was annoyed at being caught for wrong reasons and wanted to prove red/red scumtheater theory is stupid by flipping TGP!Green.

i've fairly often seen people respond to the accusation that they're scum with player A respond 'ok then let's flip player A' when they're also scumreading player A

I don’t know why, every towngame I ‘ve read of his, he has done more than he is here. He’s only given one townread so far: Flea and two maybe three scumreads: TGP, and now Pooky. And even that post he made about launching players due to their post count. he can’t bother to make actual reads or what?

At any rate Isis is a terrible vote. I strongly tr her pre-flip and it’s actually even stronger post-flip.

the one thing that's kinda maybe making me doubt this is that she kinda played like this (i.e. badly) in a marathon last night and was town but i'm not sure how much credence to give to marathon games

What I'm challenging is the previous games had room for shenanigans. This one doesn't seem to.

up until now i was kinda thinking you were just unknowledgeable about the prior games but it's been explained to u a few times now how the game kinda like ~changes~ in the middle and it feels like you're just trying not to understand at this point

the natural ~changing~ moment in this game is after the second launch, which hasn't happened yet, so asserting that 'this one doesn't seem to' is premature
