The correct answer was "Baba Is You". The whole "special words" thing is about the main mechanic of the game: making rules out of those words. If you move the words, the rules change too. The "existential crisis" part is because it is possible to break the "BABA IS YOU" (or similar) rule, causing the music to cut out entirely and be replaced by the void.

(also, one of the levels in the game is named Existential Crisis)

The answer was "Fruit Ninja" - I was talking about a fruit salad there. From what little I've seen from Overcooked it's definitely not inefficient at all. Admittedly I may have gotten a bit too vague with the clue, though...
