That's fair. The way BM is talking doesn't make any interactions really obvious, so we are sort of clueless going into D3.

Both of these possibilities hold value, however Lavar has definitely been more towny.

clidd is very likely actually a doc, but it's not a certainty and I don't get why BM not removing his vote is significant. I'm pretty sure trendall was the only other person on clidd's wagon at the time and no one else was expressing a desire to eliminate clidd d1 after the claim. Ben voted him for a very short period but I think he was just losing his mind at the time.

There were some moments that Lavar commented on the topic that wouldn't make much sense to Scum!Lavar. BM, for example, spent a lot of time avoiding the game, so I don't think his partner would have enough incentive to try to control the pace of game, since me, Ben and Trendal were monopolizing attention.

On the other hand, Lavar's progression during the middle of D1 so far is sparse, since the interactions he had on the topic were short and not very descriptive in the sense that he conveyed what kind of thoughts he was having about the game. It is very easy for him to be adept at coasting and let us focus more on Rock than necessarily on him.

So I imagine that there is a moderate chance of he being scum (which is why he should try to post more), although Rock has more scummy indexes individually.

Regarding the hammer, my guess is that it was to deny a possible reversal in the main wagon (Lunar), since we were trying to debate some other slots in parallel. But it is difficult to know, unless we can read BM's mind.
