Town. There's a thing town tammy does that I don't think she can yet replicate, but this would be the game to prove me wrong. As for nacho....I misread him last game but like, I'm not gonna let that stop me from thinking he's townier than rand here, either.

Right now most of us over here think you have more scum over there. Do you agree with this consensus? I have seated paranoia especially in light of this, where I feel like one of the players you would feel comfort in have potential to be scum. There's nothing exactly there to like, fully develop a case on though. That isn't my intention either. A case in the sense I would have more to talk about in terms of what they're posting. The feelings I get is certain things I'm unable to put into decent words right now.

I think a few people interpreted my earlier comment to imply I think there's more scum over there, but I still think the most likely scenario is actually a 3/3 split--I just definitely do not think *this* thread has 4. I do think we should play like the game is a 2/4 split since *if* scum tried to run the gambit we should punish them for it, but really I think scum would probably recognize that the risks of a 2/4 split by endgame outweigh the wifom-related pros.

Basically I think it's 3/3 or 2/4, but not 4/2 (our thread/their thread)

I think at least one person pushing the "yeet scumreads into the reverse timeline" thread is scum.

just because it's probably not going to work out in the short term doesn't mean we shouldn't do it though, even if scum are backing it lol

scum would back it if they saw it a good idea for idea and want to be on the record as having supported it, not to advance a scum strategy

the likelihood we actually fully clear a thread by day 2 is pretty low, but that doesn't mean that we don't try because if by some chance we succeed we would be very close to immediately winning the game by simply winning one thread, and there's literally no reason not to go for that given the setup is otherwise on paper scumsided (so far at least, before we know much about PRs)

Shelly is one and then I wish I could like Imperium but I don't. I think (Nacho) hesitates on his own thoughts and processes them overly in ways that doesn't feel genuine. A lot of headwork in the thread that opts for appearance instead of substance.

His thread presence when he came back seemed over-performative to me. I was reading his wall about his thoughts in relation to like..Cabd(?) or something like that and it had a lot of start-stop moments that didn't seem like he y'know, actually had to stop to think about it. It's an instance where you have players who are more thought-oriented trying to hone that as the other alignment, but they know that's more difficult so in order to seem town they start to openly give off the impression they're thinking super hard about something. Right now I find myself with a large lack of trust, so being critical and having a question everything mindset is keeping me grounded. You're free to disagree

That was me. I was responding to ffery asking me how I was feeling Cabd in relation to a game we all played recently. I am having problems wrapping my head around my thoughts on Cabd. And I am having trouble getting my thoughts out, but that’s more a product of my brain being fried than anything else.

The air here is a bit more thick I agree with you. Do you think the thread being slower here is telling of the narrative that more scum are over there? Or does scum simply have nothing to do here.

Think that idea is a bit too big brain for me at the moment. My first thought was 3-3 simply because they didnt know which town would be in which stream, so I don’t think they’d be all blind nil about it. Our thread could be slower because of playstyle reasons than less scum. I’d think if you were going by that logic then this side would be faster with more town posting.

Pooky/Pisskop don't have much content to sort but what they did post I wasn't the greatest fan of. For your end I'm looking at Skitter, Superbowl, Firebringer.

I thought her posting was very stream-of-conscious which I think is hard for newer players to fake as scum (looking at join date to qualify her as as newer player)

And t's reasonable to be put off by Bell's overconfidence and her conviction there looks pretty town too

I'm doing the homework because this slightly involves me. He looks like a player who prefers to be town and isn't very good at faking the inquisitive aspect of his play. He has all the wording down, but where his towngame has him saying things in order to provide context, his scumgame is merely content. The way he acts in scum games is more pompous and know-it-all. If I had to make a guess, his post about LLD and going 'aha! I fooled you! This was my plan all along!' is him trying to save face and make a fake read.

not done reading all the games and HATE using 2015 meta, especially no recent town meta. The 2020 scum early game feels way more fluffy than his posting here. Which could be a feature of missing the first 20ish hours of this game.

Can you sell me on this a little more, because right now I'm gathering the opposite conclusion. I think the recent posts are town indicators. Maybe ffery will take some of her secret Adderall stash and can try her hand at tiebreaking.

His 611 reasoning pings me. It takes away from the exchange he had with LLD by just saying it was just essentially a "scheme". I personally find it more common for scum to conveniently do scummy things and then try to justify it than town who would defend their position. It's weird if you look at it especially with how he was treating LLD in their engagement.

Just so you know my goal coming into this interaction: when I said test my theory, I was talking about my theory that there was a collective scum push to keep this thread in a poor gamestate

, the ones who set that trend were imo firebringer & skittle. So when LLD came in somewhat echoing those thoughts, I saw my chance to test that theory and bring AI content into this game at the same time -

My goal was to 1. test if LLD was scum and 2. wait till the aforementioned came into this thread and reacted to it to try to get a read on them.

Long story short I liked skittle's reaction much more than firebringer's, hence my SR on that slot.

If Superbowl9 wants to talk further about his own points than let him but I very much doubt most town think 'yes, I am going to be INTENTIONALLY scummy in order to get scum to vote me.' Wouldn't the same logic be applied to LLD who just got done chewing him up.
