This is an outstretched hand. I'm an idiosyncratic player and I realize my playstyle bugs the hell out of players who don't know me.

I'm not hard to get to know, though. I wear my heart on my sleeve. I'm more interested right now in saving my townreads than I am in crushing scumreads.

Since I'm about to get off for the night I'll bite on the other thread just this once:

Superbowl - You're scum reading a play style that you don't like. Calling yourself town all the time, insisting you're obtown isn't scummy it's just off-putting to people who don't like it. Play that you think is terrible isn't necessarily scum. Our job is to find scum not yeet people whose play style we find objectionable. For instance, if you're town I find it objectionable to be all like "I played smarmy to see who'd react to it" and I think it's a poor way to play town because you catch just as many town who think you're legitimately scummy as scum who find you an easy push, and it confuses the town which causes problems. I don't like it but I'm trying to read you beyond that, and that's something you should be doing to notscience as well. Dig deeper.

You mean the game where I nailed 2/3 scum along with the rest of town, but you were so buried in flavor's pocket you couldn't see left from right? I was too passive that game, so yes I am stepping up to try to push my stances. They may not be conventional, but I'm getting really tired of having the right postition and then not getting listened to because I'm not saying it hard enough.

I'm not following re skinmelting russians. notsci working for my townread in illicit and accepting it wasn't going to just ripen and fall off the tree is part of my feels here, though. But yeah. I'm never going to look at skitter with objective eyes while she's pushing him. I can't express how furiously mindblown I am that she pushed him all the way to E-1 and I am SO FUCKING DISAPPOINTED in the players on that wagon.

obtusebear has been popping in occasionally and looking satisfied with the gamestate. He could use some light, I think.

unwnd is ok, though bourbon has some twinges (I think, may have changed). I think bourbon's had enough of me screaming into the void atm. I feel like the sync would go more quickly with Imperium, but that's probably not the most important consideration.

I've bene going back and forth too much with skitter to see her objectively, but as far as I can zoom out I think she's the secondary scum on my wagon.
