Why does anyone do anyone in Mafia? Why do people have disagreements. The basis of someone scum relies on their actions being reminiscent to scum behavior. I see you trying to do that but I think thus far you've tried to plot out 10-15 different things as to why this one disagreement means I'm a huge scumlord and it's very polarizing lol

It's not scummy to disagree. If we're right on optimal strategy and unwnd is wrong then yes it's scumsiding but everyone is gonna scumside sometimes. You're scumsiding right now by eroding trust on a townie if unwnd is town. Does that make you scum? Turnstiling scum could have absolutely atrocious consequences meaning our strategy is the wrong answer meaning unwnd is in the right and we are scumsiding, but still doesn't mean we're scum or even more likely to be scum.

It looks like many (most) players who are not familiar with me are ALSO "too traditional", so let me give you a hint of what could have been. (I am using "could have been" to emphasize I'm not claiming or crumbing anything. It's a HYPOTHETICAL proposition to illustrate the point of leaving me alone in D1)

Exhibit #1 Let's say I am a Vig. You get 2 flips in the same thread overnight and I'm confirmed by virtue of knowing scum have one kill in each thread
Exhibit #2 Let's say I am a Loyal Friendly Neighbor. Would it not be nice to have me IN the eliminations pool for D2 while I use my ability to see if my target backs off?
Exhibit #3 Let's say I'm BP IC (Noe that's stretching it ) . It's nice to have an IC on D1, but then Scum won't try to shoot me ever, so I lose the chance of blocking a kill
Exhibit #4 Let's say I'm Informed of something and I am waiting for a sign
Exhibit #5 Let's say I'm none of the above, but actually just Vanilla who has crumbed it already and someone familiar with the way(s) I usually crumb caught it

I mean, I could go on if I put my mind into it. The point is I usually have something cooking in D1 that bears fruit in D2. If D2 is upon us and I'm still alive it is probably (80% chance on a general estimation if my games) high time to look closer into me and what I've been doing.

I mean, I am NOT asking for an eternity here. It's not like I'm sating to let me be till D3/D4 in a bloody MINI. I am asking for ONE BLOODY DAY in a BLOODY LARGE.

Now if you don't like any of the above, you can forget it was ever posted, and let someone else handle it.

It is however scummy to a) misrepresent the gamestate by arguing that there was greater disagreement than there really was and b) to fearmonger the town consensus to a new mech element when there is no visible mechanical evidence to warrant that fearmongering.

This is a large theme. There *could* be a strongman scum vengeful. That doesn't mean we don't flip people with votes.

unwnd had reasonable concerns, but continuing to *whine* about those concerns well after they have been refuted and everyone else in the game has moved on *is scummy*
