Tammy/Nacho, I'm really ambivalent to you revealing as IC. I'm glad you're town and that's awesome but I don't feel like you were in my potential lims outside of sorting nulls. I know you think HP is town, but what do you think about the lack of an audience when we were getting into it? I don't feel like anyone was listening to either me or HP.

I think most people ignored you because your fight was pretty convoluted and I don't think that most of it was alignment-indicative.

I was just drawing parallel to what would've happened if were in the other thread, which would've lasted 10 more pages. I'm having a hard time grasping the content over there because it doesn't have a contingency plan. Nothing to really follow. Individually what others are saying is just firing reads from the hip. I'm very interested in it however because I'm pinged more by certain people than over here. I would absolutely be lying if I didn't feel like Shelly/Pooky/Piss is just my ""solve"" because I don't really think the rest of the people whom have been participating have been scummy. Maybe if I were to tilt my head, I'd worry about Brian. There are some pings that I never resolved, like that strange appeal to Firebringer earlier where called out that he was town, as if Firebringer (no offense, i just don't think you're someone who spearheads lims) would be a concern that he wasn't townreading him. I wish to go over it further in detail and I wish to resolve Gypyx as well, whom I think is very strange. Gypyx's most notable moment here was faking Dayvig, but I struggle to see what his purpose was other than to appease the room. I don't..mind? His instances of what seems to be solving but it's like he halfway gives up and I can see him potentially struggling as scum to force his mindset onto the game (peta said he is more frozen/awkward as scum, and I happen to think his Dayvig shot is the definition of awkward).

@Peta - Generally I am a meta is trash player. There are somethings that are so intrinisic to a personality that meta can be used for. It's like me suddenly shit posting. I don't shit post generally, so there's something behind it. I'm looking to bond with a particular player, crumbing, or engaging in non-sense to spam the thread. If you see it, you know there's an agenda behind it (not necessarily a scum agenda but one none the less). Every post I make has a purpose. That purpose is how I am read. This is the correct way to use meta. No one actually uses meta correctly though so it is trash.

I'm doing the homework because this slightly involves me. He looks like a player who prefers to be town and isn't very good at faking the inquisitive aspect of his play. He has all the wording down, but where his towngame has him saying things in order to provide context, his scumgame is merely content. The way he acts in scum games is more pompous and know-it-all. If I had to make a guess, his post about LLD and going 'aha! I fooled you! This was my plan all along!' is him trying to save face and make a fake read.

Can you sell me on this a little more, because right now I'm gathering the opposite conclusion. I think the recent posts are town indicators. Maybe ffery will take some of her secret Adderall stash and can try her hand at tiebreaking.

His 611 reasoning pings me. It takes away from the exchange he had with LLD by just saying it was just essentially a "scheme". I personally find it more common for scum to conveniently do scummy things and then try to justify it than town who would defend their position. It's weird if you look at it especially with how he was treating LLD in their engagement.

Just so you know my goal coming into this interaction: when I said test my theory, I was talking about my theory that there was a collective scum push to keep this thread in a poor gamestate

, the ones who set that trend were imo firebringer & skittle. So when LLD came in somewhat echoing those thoughts, I saw my chance to test that theory and bring AI content into this game at the same time -

My goal was to 1. test if LLD was scum and 2. wait till the aforementioned came into this thread and reacted to it to try to get a read on them.

Long story short I liked skittle's reaction much more than firebringer's, hence my SR on that slot.

yes, i said it long ago that i thought brian skies was going with popular opinions of thread. I think quite a few people said they agree with what brian has said but i think he is mostly just mimicing other people pretty well or syncing well enough to know what to say that he thinks others will agree with.

I felt him even engaging with him and then calling me town was him trying to pocket me.

Superbowl has registered fake multiple times, setting aside the fake fight with LLD. There's also comments where he goes out of his way to defend Skitter (1278), who is the most obvious scum slot in the game. He also has posts like (1363) which almost outright state that he thinks Annie's good posting but we should execute them because they are the top wagon rather than send them over here.

midwaybear's opening is classic fumbling town. He starts with a few things that are objectively bad, but then his tone kicks into gear. It caught my attention quite a few times. He also picked up the scumhunting after the rocky opening. No desire to yeet.

Wine, I like these guys as town. Particularly 1577. The read on peta is just too bad to actually come from scum.

Gamma hasn't done much of anything of note. Given the high number of obvtown in the thread, it could be demotivated scum. This thread is a lot to keep up with though.
