You know when you have an interaction with someone as town, you usually don't have to think about it. It's all instinctive because you're town and the aspect of solving your other players is what drives you to make posts. plusJOYED does not have this trait, and instead when people respond to him, he is being

by giving more details than what is needed for the time. Look at his ISO. Posts like 69, 80, and 329 stand out, but not in a good way. Reads like a potential scum who can't fake the thrill of lynching the scums so he just compensates

Fair enough about Plus. I guess you could call Marashu/Titus/Klyne(/Battle Mage) the true 'wagon votes' there, but I didn't feel Plus' vote was truly random as he was sheeping you.

I know little about Titus' meta. At this point I'm interested in hearing her response.

my reasoning was
1- taly is the main characters name (but needs 1 extra l) from a medicore young adult fiction series I read in middle school that I enjoyed. I was going to make a reference but then realized no one would get the reference and this made me angry. in my rage i voted taly

i'm not saying that Plus wouldn't act like this as scum but i want y'all to know that i have seen him act exactly like this as town and i'm not a fan of this shift.

i guess his execution might be necessary in the long run, because i am not confident enough in my townread of his early play to be happy with him surviving endgame. but it still feels like a cop out right now.

Why do you feel that Bulge is a better option here?

because i did get a town feel from Plus in the early game when he was actually making some attempt to play the game, while nothing from either player in Bulge's slot has ever struck me as town.

My read on VP is a bit confused in my own head I think. ORAM was a bit of a pet scumread for me which VP immediately had me doubting after his replace-in (I try to be as mindful as I can be of being too influenced by confirmation bias). However, over the course of the game since then, I ultimately do not feel there is anything strong convincing me that VP is town. There appears to be a generally friendly approach to the game but despite VP’s claims that he is so obvtown it hurts, I can definitely see his posts coming from a place of scum wanting to look good and be friendly with anyone, but not actually caring that much about getting reads right, as there seems to be a lack of ~something~ that would indicate VP is actually trying to solve.

However I also have to consider my own bias of being uncomfortable that my scumreads were mostly inactive people and perhaps overcompensating for this, hence why I do not want to pursue VP right now.
