I most certainly am having those "too little resistance" feels and would like to nail down if I'm paranoid or not.

I get that in a way. I think Pooky was scum and they went along with the ejection to stage an S v S fight. Pooky never really hunted anyone here. Pooky mentions Flavor twice in his ISO. One is a joke about how Flav Flav shot him in a prior game. In the other, he campaigns to save Noraa from Flavor who is the main bad guy.

I do think the decision to send over Pooky rather than execute Pooky is largely scum driven. I have zero problems sending over scummy people to the other thread. I just have zero belief we're getting to no scum in here by d3, not with consensus anyway.

I do feel scum have infected the consensus but we're doing the right thing anyway. The slots we're sending over are the slots that are LHF. When we have no LHF then we'll see who is scum a bit easier. That's my theory anyway.

There is a legitimate question as to whether the other thread turnstile anyone tomorrow, yes. In fact, in terms of macro-strategy, there's even questions of if they should have sent annie, although that's purely academic now. There's merits to other thread turnstiling and no-turnstiling. Also, we need to wait for flips. If other thread lands a vig-shot, and imperium dies in this thread, and shelly is a miss, the 'bad' thread could actually become the 'good' thread. Basically there's no point in planning tomorrow's turnstile policies until we see what the dawn brings.

Absolutely disagree for two reasons

1) Your scenario is highly unlikely

2) The very act of planning refines thoughts. It uncovers errors and confusing points. (Ex: Adam and Brett both feel scummy but aren't scum together.) Then, when we get flips, that challenges the very assertions that came before. That further helps refine thoughts.

Without this process, it's easy to trick yourself into believing logical fallacies that aren't true.

Sure it sucks if I die, but I'm a firm believer in this.

I mean sure. But remember any plan requires consensus from the other thread. If Imperium dies, no one will be able to voice those policies. And there will be two more contingencies, the results of the flip in this thread and the other thread.

Shellymiss + imperium dead = the other thread has low motivation to regard this thread as the 'good thread'

shellyhit + imperium dead = this is still the good thread

boonhit + shellymiss = even if imperium lives, it's actually debatable which thread is mechanically the 'good thread' even if it would lean this thread (I obviously am not expecting this scenario)

boonmiss + shellymiss + imperium dead = trying to enforce a plan will be pretty hard, other thread might just do whatever tf other thread feels like doing

I think shelly is lower in the poe than anyone else and pooky's towncase was weak as balls

her activity is so erratic she's almost impossible to read and a lot of her townie posts are fakeable

I also am pretty sure she was like sick for a large chunk of this dayphase which is why I've been very cautious with the wagon on her since activity in itself shouldn't be AI

there's worlds where I'm wrong on A50, there's worlds where boon was right on you, there's worlds where titus is scum for not engaging you more, there's worlds of annie scum (actually I think the towncase on annie is kinda weak?), head is mostly full of fuck and shelly is a fine flip

I had like a wallpost I wrote in my head and didn't post because it was mostly just going in circles, I don't really have a better flip to sell rn. I don't know how to handle annie so consistently playing peacemaker, it's like pro-town but I don't know it makes her town and some of her takes give me pause but not so strongly that I'd derail shelly at this point
