aha! now that is interesting! I guess the problems are:

1. It's possible you're both scum and ended up in a room together.
2. Even though if 1 was scum, and the other was town, it seems on the surface like you would have taken the free NK, would you? Because if there was 2 deaths and 1 of you was the only one unaccounted for (given other rooms seemed to feature groups), you'd be toast.
