Not true, giving town a clear is easily worth a miselim. This also relies on someone successfully catching on without you pointing it out, in this case Cabd caught it.

actually this doesn't give town a clear - a neopolitan would do that, but this claim doesn't.

i guess i would've just played this by hoarding info for my team rather than count on it to give me some kind of cred later on in the game (I think that's what you're suggesting)

I will work over it if I have to but I'd rather vote the claimed PR hunter in a game with 2/3 protective roles with an FN as a bonus. Basic game balance says no-this would be VERY uphill for scum w/ a Day 1 MC.
