Actually, if anything, you shooting them is more of a reason against ShellyScum than Titus getting shot by scum, now that I think of it.

She wasn't caught. She replaced out before people were pushing her.

And scum get scum read. I get scum read all the time as both alignments. It's how you use people's reads to your advantage that matter more.

Also, what does this have to do with anything, I can catch any scum player, even if they're super good.

Not necessarily on Day 1, but someone being good at scum doesn't mean they are untouchable, and Shelly pocketing me is the exact type of thing I'd expect scum her to try to do.

Also, I think you throw that DC level scum player around too much. There's very few actual DC, only 1 per year.

Previous before me were Skitter, MagnaofIllusion, and Alisae, 3 players I think have a much stronger hold on the game of Mafia than Shelly does herself.

And other than that, there's only a few other people around I think scum's game are on that other level. Mastina, Wisdom, RadiantCowbells are the 3 standouts, I think RC's won it before, but not sure, not that scummies matter in the first place like that.

I just feel you throw that around specifically to try and discredit me, but like there's nobody on this planet that puts more passion and care into their scum game than I do, even if it's for learning processes. Yes, I am still actively trying to learn how to better my scum game, that's just how I see the game of Mafia in general. Also like, underestimating me in general is always fine with me, it helps me win.

I have plans for a video competitive mafia series along with cinematic video exhibition mafia games (i mean, if it goes extra well, and covid stuff leaves, f2f!), but yeah, definitely a side gig I plan to pursue when I'm older, just gotta work on my true passion stuff.

I remember some people saying that 2019 was one of my worst years on site as a scum player too (i think on a win/loss record of 10-3) which was different because the previous few years I only had 1 defeat, and sometimes 0.

I also was the Hannibal Lector the year before.

You're also assuming people have 1 style of scum play, when I have multiple different metas, and often change it up right when people think they know how I play scum.

I just don't think you understand a lot of mechanics of mafia yet, so that's why I feel you're trying to discredit me.

@Plus - You also know from experience that my Day 2 reads are generally pretty great. I faded you on Day 2 in Ilicit Substances, then Day 3, called out Midway-Remelia as scum team before they removed me from game for 2 day phases.

Pine's a step above others as scum as well.

SS/Jingle/Xtoxm/Alchemist also are all stronger scum players around than Shelly, I would say.

I think Shelly would have gotten up there had she not gotten herself banned.

Hectic's improved a lot this year as well, probably around Menalque level for me, but they both haven't been scum against me really.

I'm sure Nacho, Cabd, Ffery, Zmuffin who have been around recently have a strong scum game. I've heard stories about Nacho. MariaR. Isis.

All players I would probably have above Shelly.

I'm excited to see how Hectic does once everyone understands how he works as scum, and the reinvention that becomes necessary.
