I've been scum with Pooky. A long time ago, sure, but I have. Pooky has always had some kind of preternatural sense for what is a good thing to say and has looked good.

Talk to me about apathy in this game thread.

Cause I've been trying to solve my own apathy with this game and I've been pretty clear I'm playing the "speak truth to power don't give a shit" role this game.

So I have my own interpretations of where I think the apathy is being caused. I can name a few names.

But I want to hear your thoughts on this matter.

Cabds a stronger scum player than ffery. Sus me for saying it all you want but multiple people can back me up on that. I’m not saying he’s scum though, I’m saying they’re both town. IF one is scum it would be Cabd. But I think it’s not the case.

Is that all you have for this? That Cabd > Ffery as scum, and so in a pair of hydras, if they both look town (they don't IMO, but we'll ignore that for the moment) then Cabd is the more likely to be scum?

Do you have any other reason to believe it is more likely (well, you say they are both town, so a bit of a weird question I guess) that Cabd is scum than Ffery?

i mean i just said it like six times in the past page, and multiple times over the past few days: this whole plan to remove scum from the other thread is, and always has been, a fools errand. and it created apathy here because we basically put the breaks on everything for like half a week until they decided who they wanted to turnstile, and this thread wasn't supposed to do anything until that happened, apparently

those reads don't really track with people i'd expect to be using apathy as a scum tool

i'm not sure how cabd and ceph having different reactions to a fake dayvig makes them town? like those would be their reactions regardless of alignment i'd think (not that i really suspect them anyway, but that's because of other things)

midwaybear has the occasional sketchy post but then says something that looks okay. maybe it's because he's not feeling pressure, i don't know. he can make posts that seem scummy as town but hasn't been stiff as a board so don't really want to kill him

my options have been kill pooky or sheep cabd because that's usually a good idea
