My initial team had Battle Mage and Netflix and Chill in place of PBE and Bell.

Ah well I'm not sure we'd have done much better in this game tbh.

Day 1 was a bit of a train wreck because the masons didn't listen to the stump - definitely think in this sort of game, town Stump should be able to veto key decisions and influence things more. Felt like a really tough spot for Pooky being undercut by the masons throughout.

That being said, always felt that town would probably win after I died - and town did seem to re-focus much better on subsequent days. These high-intensity large themes are tough on scum, and seems like scumteams capitulate much more frequently than smaller ones which are easier to manage.

Interestingly, I thought I had nailed the masons on Day 1, but my predicted mason group were all town-aligned non-masons. Which would have at least been functional for solving. Overall my reads were pretty hit-and-miss, but I felt I generally did well not to just OMGUS/tunnel everybody who tunnelled me, and my plan of just elimming DEB on Day 1 would have worked a treat.

Unfortunately for the scum team, games are designed for the average playerlist, which does not contain as many strong players as this game did.
I still think that me ending Day 1 with that quickhammer wasn't that bad for town. D1 was a spammy mess.
