For question 1:

You claim in your first post. Period. Your claim can just be a stand alone post with just the claim and literally nothing else. Your claim can contain whatever you wish to reveal; however, what you do not do as the Goddamn Miller is go "oh, hey, yeahhhh... by the waaaay" when you're actually the Miller.

I clarified in my very next post that I was just being over the top and didn’t fully mean that (mostly just trying to create discussion and be funny). But I guess I have to repeat myself - it’s not the Towniest Miller claim ever, and I will not be relying on it to make a judgment on alignment either way.
