@Egix96 from what I read, your POE is {Me, Jim, nopoint, Lotus}. So you have the game almost exactly upside down from where I am. It’s actually part of the reason I think you should definitely stick around - we need different views to arrive at the correct answer. However, you are wrong about me. So, my question is, would your view of the game change if I flipped Town?

I suppose it most likely would change if Cook flipped Scum. If Cook flipped Town, then I would probably have to come around to your view of things.

I was going back and ISO’ing Tris, and I find 660 to be strange. They had shaded Cook in 659, 577, and 306, and had been pressing them on something they thought Cook had been lying about (see 539), but then they ask Cook to vote with them onto Facebones? I did, however, like the progression between 688 and 705, but only because it was away from me and as a result of Cook voting for me. I don’t know if Tris is avoiding staying on Cook, but is happy to distance (the vote they put down on 705 did stay on for a whole day though), or if they were trying to get two competing wagons on Town. They’ve also been defending Egix a lot, and I have to say that I’ve been disagreeing with a lot of Egix’s takes (though don’t find Egix Scummy). This might be a blind spot of mine.

@Tris, can you give me an updated view of the game from your POV? And do you think between Cook/nopoint, nopoint is the better vote?

That's the most-voted wagon right now, and deadline is (expired on 2021-01-20 07:44:00) away. The day shouldn't end on a no-elim as that means we have a 0% chance of hitting scum as opposed to a X/13 (I'm going to assume three for math purposes) – that's 23% chance if we lim or a 0% chance if we don't. Then, if/when scum kill, it becomes a 3/12 – 25% chance, but also scum now controls 50% of the vote.
- Limming scum here means 2/11, night-kill means 2/10.
- Limming town here means 3/10, night-kill means 3/9.

Compare that to eliminating. 23% chance to hit scum means one of two things happens:

23% of the time, we hit a scum.

Scum gets a nightkill, and now the balance is 2/11 – 33% of the vote.
• On the off-chance somehow nobody gets nightkilled, that becomes a 2/12 – 33% of the vote.
- Limming scum there means 1/10, night-kill means 1/9.
- Limming town there means 2/11, night kill means 2/10.

77% of the time, we hit a townie.

Scum gets a nightkill, and now the balance is 3/11 – 50% of the vote.
• On the off-chance somehow nobody gets nightkilled, that becomes a 3/12 – 50% of the vote.
- Limming scum there means 2/11, night-kill means 2/10.
