could you fill me in on the Ceph scumlean?
ceph reads to me as someone who is playing a character more than anything

like the ms.net grumpy boomer archetype rather than a warthog

Yeah I'd love to see a bit more daring from you tbh.

I know you're aware that most lims don't go through unless you convince people, so I have to wonder if what's been presented is simply not what you'd personally want to lim

I do think Ceph adopts a persona in games to some extent ya
do you feel anything further than that or just that he's performative?

pretty much - I feel like we're going through the motions atm. earlygames larges are a tiring amount of people to engage at once, and I'm still very much working through my reads.

This convo may talk around the difference between pushing wagons & pushing through a lim. I've actually enjoyed the wagons so far, but I don't think I want any of them dead so I've been more interested in observing than putting my weight behind them.

this isn't really relevant to the game but i have a lot of issues with being perceived as negative when im actually quite happy irl too

it's kind of annoying and i'd like to change it

You don't have to read this as game-related but I have not once thought you were negative or grumpy

get a cute anime girl avatar and your whole perception will change is all im saying

when u sad posted in baton pass with the animated lion king character, it was very funny and read like a shitposter

but with this darkened realistic warthog that gives the vibes of isolation and loneliness, everything is so depressing

I wouldn't call you an unhappy vibe person Ceph.
Incidentally I'm sometimes confused about how happy I'm perceived as. people are weird.

this is indeed tangential

like literally your pfp is an isolated warthog

not to personify a warthog but the eyes are looking down, its not even that in the foreground, it feels distant and isolated from everything

the ears are up but everything about it is looking down and away like its avoiding something, hiding some deep dark depression like a lost meerkat best friend from the great wars

trying to be happy but deep down inside, its depressed

@the worst you know i think there was a paper done and humans read emotions with the eyes

it feels like this year may have taken a toll on you or smth

have you ever zoomed in on my classic duckling avatar? its eyes are terrifying.

anyway this tangent is way off the rails. I think your Ceph scumlean is definitely a hot take but also not very exciting. :C

do you have any juicy townreads to share?

ugh I keep looking at Ceph's avatar and now it looks kind of bashful/flirtatious. the world is breaking.
