Not convinced that this isn't a scum slip, but I was already thinking they were ascetic or something like that as well, so it somewhat checks out.

I made this same kind of slip in RS. We were vig and I outed it in the main thread by mistake.

I think she's a bit defensive right now but I dunno if it borders on things worth reading the more I think about it. Some part of me just wants to say 'Nancy, I genuinely have no issue with you and I don't think anyone here is judging you or wanting to outst you just by merely existing or playing this game', because everytime I expressive a negative connotation towards her it feels like she takes personal offense.

They're not scumhunting. I don't have an indepth assertion of their slot because this game isn't providing intricate tells, so a lot of what I consider is based at a surface level. None of their posts as of late indicate they want to talk about anything but themselves and how much they should be townread. It is in fact doing the opposite for me.

Actually, you may be on to something. I really don’t like how Creature is being so much of a tryhard. I think something may be off about him. His weird shade on Wimpy who wasn’t even prodging, is hella weird. It’s nort suspicious to point that out when a slot has been lurking for a significant period of time but Wimpy really wasn’t.

I think Creature could very possibly be scum here and if Gobble flips, red, I wouldn’t rule out bussing either. Gobble hates rolling scum.

I feel like a lot of what you're doing around the slot is not very genuine? Like I understand people having personality clashes with the slot and not really understanding how they tend to function, but skitter has told you multiple times that Nancy's rather reactive reads aren't AI indicative for the slot, so your repeated efforts to try and get something else out the slot feel like busywork.

Like the quality of them not wanting to "talk about anything but themselves and how much they should be townread" is not a basis for a scum read on that slot, something skitter knows and has tried to tell you multiple times. The reason I'm so wary is Nancy is a very easy scum read to hold because of how reactive she can be to reads on her. I don't really get the sense from your prodding of the slot that you're trying to solve the slot by getting their opinions on other people.

Instead you're doing this LAMISTy thing where you tell them to solve and not worry about reads on them instead of like... actually digging deeper into your scum read on them?

If you haven't encountered this type of player before I understand having an aversion to the slot at first, but it seems like you're using a shallow first impression to push a scum read instead of going any number of levels deeper
