Hectic knowing the number of Vanilla Town this game means he knows there was a mason in the Vanilla claims. I think somewhere in that area, Hectic was trying to figure out which one was the mason, which means he didn't know if it was Catboi or Hopkirk, hell he could have even thought it was Titus.

I'm not 100% sold on scum being in the Vanillas anymore, but I do think night actions should deal with one or two of Titus/Catboi if you can confirm.
