It was super swingy and entirely based off who won their battles when. From what I could see, most people didn't get their stronger powers until after a few battles were won

Yeah I dunno I quite liked the battle system and the roles. Were they balanced? Maybe not..? But it was really fun and engaging, and sometimes that's okay. I would play another Upick if you hosted it

im also not happy with me being stuck for 2 weeks trying to make a game thats way more complicated then it should have been and then just in general being late with the whole thing becuase i just woke up some days and wanted to do quite literally anything else

i think im more not happy with that then the actually setup because that kinda led to the quality of the setup being not so great and like the last time I ran a upick me and jjh literally said in the middle of the game that we just can't run this anymore so like the most recent games for me where I had the cleanest modding would probably be the setups that aren't upicks

I would play an alisae game again. I'm of an option that mechanics shouldn't generally matter and it shouldn't incriminate anyone and ultimately it didn't. It was fun to play in, even though we didn't get to really play for as long as we wanted to, which was to be expected. There was alot to account for, and alot of guessing who would evolve first and how that affects everything in the long run

Like I said, the entire game was swingy as hell and I came out of it thinking town had the upper hand. it seemed like that because of luck of the draw and lucky actions taking place. it could very easily have been day play as much as it was mechanics if jjh didn't get around to breaking it
