I don't think town!implo could actually find that much AI so early in the game and it feels like I'm looking at performative play.

skitter didn't tell the mod right away about her V/LA in Mini 2113 as town, but did so in Newbie 1951 as scum and did so in Silent Star 3 as scum. I'm sure further citations will dilute this pattern but even with a weak pattern, it feels significant when this is a game where she's in a hydra and she knows it matters less. It's also somewhat less town-hydra-y to opt for shouting that out to the mod right away versus consulting with Menalque to ascertain how necessary it is or isn't, since as town it's a shared responsibility to solve the game and as scum the posting pattern is more of a visible lifestyle or that's a bad metaphor I was trying to think of a better one.

I buy it as genuine from gypyx's personality moreso than implo's. Aside from that this is like his 999th lean or read which I'm concerned about. Some stuff is supposed to pale compared to other stuff. I guess this post is gonna have several stances but I think gutty stuff is a lot more zero sum and implo's presented himself as gutty mostly.

No, I didn't doubt my read on implo at all (until the capslock part, separately). I was just remarking that ironically, Scipio is actually towny. It was just still scummy for implo to post that Scipio was towny before implo had access to 81

Do you specifically think that this is something about this game in particular, or in general that that many reads that early can't happen?

But yeah at this point I, like Infinity, TR scipio mostly for other reasons. Though it was why I did initially. The "townslip" is interesting because multiple people have called it town-indicative and multiple people have called it solidly NAI and at least one person has called it solidly scum-indicative but I doubt anyone commenting on it would really go out of their way to lie about how they'd interpret it if they are scum.
