Theoretically speaking, yes. We either have a Vig (90%) or a SK (10%) and thus a Scum!Babysitter is within the boundaries of realm. I somehow think this isn't the case though, because it would mean we have a different protective and they should have been on Dann.. I think.

Of this was meant to answer my question, I don't get it.

My question: You -presumably Town, or so you claim- see DGB declaring a SR on you (thus obviously having bad reads from the get go) and you choose to sheep it unto another "bad" read, despite the fact 2 players (myself and Cepoh) asserting this wasn't LLD's Scum game, based on a very recent experience where they both were scum with her. Myself, Ceph and LLD were all Scum together in that game, so we naturally had her mist recent Scum meta imprinted in the back of our minds.

Which reminds me: I was serious when I said Scum!LLD would have tunneled me. She even said she would PL me in any future games on Discord. That's quite the alibi for Scum!her to push me all the way to Antarctica if she wanted to. She didn't, thus was Town to me. (I obviously didn't expand on this because we all know LLD is short fused and I didn't want to get her angry. Others were doing enough already)

More stuff that I either wanted to say or should have said but didn't:

But even if I was I wouldn't have voted DGB for the very same reason I wouldn't have voted you. I was +80% on you both being Town, and I don't like to elim/wagon my TRs (especially on D1 when I don't even know if they are TPR). If you look closely, I only hinted I wanted a claim from Ythan, not from you and not from DGB.

I don't see why. We did have a Survivor in Team Mafia 2020. Basically the same thing (in terms of being an "advantage/disadvantage" for their team to roll). SK is harder to win, I know, but then the reward is "you win, everyone else loses".
