It made me paranoid that I was wrong about prism because I’m a crazy person who freaks out when supported, but then I decided it didn’t really matter that much. Other than that it matched what your proposed approach to the game was, and I, not sure there’s anything alignment relevant about it.In post 350, Titus wrote:Tammy, how do you feel about me sheeping you on Prism?I am in the top 90% of scumhunters onsite!- Bell

#348: I was talking about what Prism was doing here. From FGO I realized they're the planning type that's good at getting town read as scum and I know they want to be town read here. There's nothing wrong with it. But my attitude is that if someone wants something you have to ask yourself why and I don't know why. But it's not something they should be town read for. I lack information, people are making decisions based on the limited information they have (or scum are voting for them either or). I don't want Prism getting the artifact for the aforementioned ("I'm a jerk," "I'm paranoid") reasons.
#349: It's a natural emotional need to defend yourself, but it's monkey brain social stuff. It's not critical thinking which I don't think Mathblade is short of as a human being. I don't know what Math town looks like.
You've correctly deduced I'm not partners with Mathblade, but instead of calling a spade a spade, you called it a heart.- MathBlade

My point was sangres slipped and posted something meant for the scum PT here. He literally posted (paraphrased) “insert paragraph here about rapidly evolving new players”. Keep in mind this was written in response to a Prism post about quiet. This is something that’s done if town when making a case or if in a scum PT. Notes like that are meant for drafts. So I asked for an explanation. In post 347, Titus wrote:I think we need to move on to elimination phase.
@Math, I have lost the thread to what you're trying to say. I also frankly do not care. Take a VLA. Let the thread talk about not!you. If you don't, you'll be the elimination more likely than not. I only say this because I think you're town.
Instead of saying he was drafting something it’s an offhand comment to Prism. Then later on he messes up Prism and Quiet.
I think sanges and Prism are scum together with one of Cakez or Bell or both attempting to cover that slip.
People don’t just offhand comment “Insert paragraph” I may be socially weird but that doesn’t happen.
I am taking a VLA like you suggest but I really think there’s some shady shit going on thereScumBlade's eloquent performance left me utterly disoriented, debased, depraved and sent me spiraling into a horrific murky abyss with emotional turmoil and immense despair as my only companions until slowly I suffocate in my own gloom, surrounded by failure. I will never recover. -- Zachstralkita about Mini 1841

Uh if you got that I said your not partnered with math that was lack of clarity on my part. I’ve been townkeanung math, but your interaction weirds me out such that it feeels like someone trying to not sound partner and it makes me suspect both of you.In post 353, Bell wrote:#348: I was talking about what Prism was doing here. No, you said I was doing my due diligence not to appear partnered with Mathblade,
Which implies I appeared to not be partnered with Mathblade.
I'm not partnered with Mathblade. So you saying it looks like I'm partners with mathblade because I made a post that looks like distancing (instead of there just being distance between us because we're not partners)
is a failure to apply ockham's razor.
Yeah, I have no idea why you're town reading Mathblade. His stubbornness and density are both present in his scum game, but people naturally seem to respond to him as if he were town for behaving that way. BM's note in how to read Mathblade, I don't agree with, but there is a nuance to reading him which gets the point across in both our opinions.- penguin_alien

Being town gives most people a brazenness that it shouldn't. I don't see a world where Mathblade accuses us of accidentally posting something meant for the scum QT in thread in the way that he did and is also scum.In post 357, Bell wrote:Yeah, I have no idea why you're town reading Mathblade.- sangres

Like I've seen him as scum, I've witnessed him as scum - he knows what arguments hunt and which arguments don't and unless he's trying to take refuge in insanity here (which I don't think is the case, torpedoing your credibility in exchange for being townread isn't very useful early game), he ain't scum.- Bell

Nacho, same. I've played with scum him 3 times in a row and this silliness was present in two of them.
The only thing it's missing is him apologizing to me for being silly and helping him get his head out of his ass. Because I'm so reasonable sounding. But that wouldn't fly because of past history with it and 3 times is too much so I fully expect him not to back down as either alignment whilst directly talking to me.
I'm not tunneled, I'm just not being moved by his arguments and being clear about it.- sangres

Silliness to the same degree of accusing someone of accidentally posting a scum PT post in thread? In post 363, Bell wrote:this silliness
Because whereas I expect everyone to tilt at windmills regardless of alignment this is a pretty hard argument to fabricate as scum. Mathblade maybe goes "hah this kind of looks like something I'd say in a scum PT" but I don't think he then uses that leverage to make this argument - there's no reason to do it except to be townread, and I don't think that the reward is worth the loss in trust, especially this early.
Does that point make sense?- sangres

Tammy, I had the opposite reaction to Bell's interaction with Math. I thought it was more likely something town-bell would do. :/- Battle Mage

i really want to just agree where this artefact goes, but i'm not feeling Prism. It was such a hard opening play to get the artefact, I don't feel like leaning into it.Show2020 Stats - 31 completed games:

But for real
I can see where it looks out of place if you're looking for that, but I do think it's a stretch to call it a scum pt post. But I could be biased because I'm still traumatized from last years TM. Math is one of my stronger town reads, and I think he's come from a place of at least trying to solve the game. Might be too over-eager, I've been there where you start seeing things everywhere.
See now was that so hard? Isn't it easier to just answer my question instead of making me ask repeatedly? You don't have to answer that one, I'll give you that for free.In post 324, SirCakez wrote:Call it an overreaction then if it bothers you.
I think Math is town-ish actually I just think his behavior is very silly.
PEdit: I'd be comfortable passing it to LLD more than Prism, tbh. But I've played with LLD a ton and I feel generally confident that I can spot her scum game by day two or three. She will probably deny that, but in her heart she knows it's true.
