idk I think that would be a weird play? like if u think infinity is outed scum at that point and you think I'm scum then it's not an awful idea to just bypass the thing? and it makes it harder for him to win as scum than just seeing the bus through on infinity and then pushing me today, I think, because he loses cred from moving off infinity!scum onto me!town, whereas if he does it infinity!scum into me!town then he's not losing anything as I seem to just be consensus

This is the first vote on murder I think? It's possible catboi comes in, thinks he needs to bus murder, then sees an opportunity to start a different wagon, but not super occam's razor-y. I also want to stick with my shadow TR.

My thinking is that if my wagon is pure then hardbussing becomes more likely, and so if DnD is still alive by that point their scum equity goes ++

I feel like I already explained this? which is that if u were not inducted yet into the hood then u couldn't safely start hard bussing the bomb at start of day, and therefore I was a safe option?

bc either u would get a free elim OR you could always pivot to a bomb!bus once the day had progressed and once u were in the hood. but u wouldn't wanna get locked into bussing the bomb from the start of day and then have to pivot off weirdly halfway through if you still weren't hooded by then

Obviously not, but it's true. After the game I just got out of as scum, I really regretted voting my partner day 1 because I got trapped on hem and it bought me minimal cred. If you look at day 1, I was a critical vote in putting momentum on murdercat over gamma, if I had wanted to I could have kept on voting gamma and let the wagon build there instead, I think it was entirely possible, I'd have tried to rally my partners to vote town. I really think it's just as simple as neither murdercat or infinity wanting to vote gamma, and infinity shifting his read on murdercat only when gamma became the counterwagon to MC.

I also almost certainly don't kill PP and salsabil when you're a lot more likely to be wary of me as scum, even if PP was clearly town after the murdercat flip.

I legitimately assumed infinity had given up as scum pushed to the brink (didn't see the hammer), and went, "okay, he's guaranteed scum, might as well go for the assumed partner here because they're probably bomb". I hadn't seen the hammer from n_m. Don't know why I'd bother with such a maneuver as scum.
