I'm tired as hell and have had some bad news the past couple days, and I just don't feel like playing mafia tonight.

I was not roleblocked last night. I'm not sure my information is all that useful though.

I need to reread end of day, but I was concerned by Cakez and Pooky's interaction at the end of day yesterday. Mostly the whole "I will end you tomorrow" from Cakez and then after he claimed, he didn't know who to use it on and was taking suggestions, but if he suspected Pooky as much as he did, wouldn't he consider there? I did just start to try to reread through Mastina, and I'm not sure she tries to bronze cakez as her partner right out the gate that way. But i was also a bit surprised that Mastina just basically rolled over yesterday as scum; I don't remember that being her style.

Anyway I only got through the beginning of Mastina's iso and stopped. I'm tired and going to bed. See you guys tomorrow.

Titus and Dunn Tmi'd by Mastina. Mastina had the right solution in front of her because Titus was town.
She weak defended you on purpose and tried to cover it up as the dunnstrall wagon being weak.

The artefact I used last night, Raputin's Prayer Rope, prevents all kills on me for 1 night, but if I am successfully shot, all TOWN actions (not artefact abilities) are prevented that night.

so probably i just wasn't shot last night wiht 2 kills

You are intelligent and a valued human being. My opinion of your play in a mafia game, and the fact that I do not want you to have the artifact today, does not change this. It is okay to be upset by that opinion, but I want to make the first sentence very clear. This is not passive aggressive and is 100% sincere.

I respect and admire your bravery in being able to say this with a straight face.

I also admit some concern that you can actively say the things you have said and not understand that it appears to only require one brain cell to pass an artefact to a hidden confirmed townie.

And yet you do not trust me to be able to perform that action.

But perhaps my lack of having more than 2 of such cells is keeping me from understanding how a comment like that could be taken any other way except than "you are too stupid/too egocentric and won't pass a town power to a townie creating more town power."

Right now, with your claim, there is some grey area as to whether or not you can accomplish your plan. I don't really want to fish for day/night usage but it might be required, because this seems to only work if one of the two artifacts can be used during the dayphase. You are restricted to one artifact use/handoff per gamephase, with passing only available at night.

ie. If both the comb and the snowglobe are restricted to night usage, you will only be able to pass one while the other goes unused and/or dies with you.

Before we got into the slapfight, I would have preferred to have the artifact over you to spread around/knowing I am town makes it not a big deal anyway and serves to hedge risk. You threatening to policybronze me elicited the much stronger and more visceral reaction. I absolutely could have done better at not feeding into it, as others alluded to. You are not the only one who can be irritable for outside reasons; I have lost 12 pounds in the last three weeks, and not because I wanted to.

I don't think mafia skill and intelligence are correlated. That said, with my town w/r, it might be, and this is a tangent in any case. While I happen to think you are fully intelligent and not at all stupid, I also don't think my opinion should weigh heavily. My opinion changes nothing about what you are capable of or have accomplished.

But if you already have artifacts, you still can't use and pass during the night.

On the one hand, I don't quite care if you hoard them. It makes my job easier when trying to see who's using them. Although we know who's getting them, so never mind this thought.
