Anytime during the day, before a lynch has been reached. I get the result right away. (With mod delay obv)

- Does it, anywhere in your roles, explicitly state that you detect scum and/or that you are cops?

Cop yes, scum no, though I find it hard to believe Shinra =/= Scum.

- Are there any other restrictions or defining features that can help distinguish your role from "normal" cops and/or someone faking? Not counting formatting or anything else you shouldn't be quoting.

Well other than the Daytime thing, not that comes to mind no.

- ABR: I'm a bit confused by your claim. Do you detect raised levels of Mako energy or Jenova cells? From what I remember/could find on FFVII, Jenova cells and Mako, this isn't the same thing (from what I understand, everyone with Jenova cells would have higher Mako rates, but higher Mako rates doesn't imply Jenova cells.)

The only "lover" type roles i could think of in FF7 would be:

Aeris - Cloud
Aeris - Zack
Tifa - Cloud
Sephiroth - Jenova (not lovers obviously but could be adapted)
Kadaj - Jenova (???)

In any case, I doubt any of these characters would have a lover "clause" in them anyway, I think they'd be destined for greater things, (I'd hate for one of them to be just a lover role). I'm personally going to rule out the lover theory. I still have no idea why Zac would do what he did though...

That said, Bundenhagen is definitely not in a lover role, so if the lover theory were there, it would be to protect armlx and not xtoxm.

I personally think it's a slip as a scum, but I'll let Zac have a chance to explain himself.

Perhaps it's just me but I like to try and figure out as much as I can about town and maf roles in every game.

There are other potential adaptations if we're using the Advent Children Chars and even if we're not. Also it's be interesting to see what kind of role Cait Sith has.

I'd Speculate that Aeris has a very Modified role myself, a Princess/Lover/Healer role in one.

Also I'd like to hear some of the Game Fans thoughts on the idea of Bundenhagen as a Day Cop. I said earlier it was an outside possibility but I really don't see him fitting in to an investigative role in this. Anyone else have any thoughts on this?

Good point... At first I had put this down to good research but someone else would have claimed Bug by now if it was false, surely.

Do you mean that I have set up a stance where we can start to get an idea of what characters can do what? I'll refine my post then.

What I mean is that i feel Aeris [and many other central characters] have too much to them to be covered by one role in the game, so I don't think we should really be really ruling out much in the way of the main players links/abilities.

Further down the cast to the supporting roles, yeah, I could see them being pretty basic, but I don't see the top roles sitting on simple Vigilante or anything like that.
