This is a targeted action and will fail on ascetic/commuter/if you are roleblocked, etc.

The first time this is declared in thread, while quoting the gif in question, you will get a temporary PT with the player in question, lasting until the end of the dayphase. This PT will be called "Koalawang #" with the # indicating the dayphase.
