I do agree with Enchant's plan to appoint one council member first, on the simple basis that voting one person is more feasible than voting a three-member combination all at once

as for how the remaining 2 are chosen, we'll cross that bridge when we come to it

Well, 2/9 probality to choose mafia.

We using majority for selecting first candidate. If this candidate is mafia, then he would go in Council anyway, even without this plan. Simple because most of players think he is townie enough to become first candidate, so probably he would gain pass in other ways.

So i got it as "I'm not against these three". You can do that as well, or i can count just BM, at your preference.

Even if we do decide a council from this plan we should wait to officially hammer it. That way we have a council ready so we're not at risk of not making one in time but we also have a chance to change it later when our reads are a little stronger

I'm generally against plans because it fosters fake cooperation. I'd rather people independently play their best. Yes, it means cooperation is harder, but it also means it is more genuine (and thus less prone to manipulation).

I'll take Raya, Artemiana and Nono for that exercise. I'm townreading Artemiana, and I liked Nono's introduction, calling out an interesting subset of players in 175: Almost, Enchant and Mozzyman. No justification given, but there's certainly been some interaction between Almost and Mozamis, so it's not completely outlandish either. More importantly, scum tend not to shoot wildly into the crowd in broad daylight.

Artemiana is part gut read part something I cannot explain. BM is convenience for me. He hasn't done anything scummy (nor have most players at this point). I'm pretty strong on Artemiana, I could take or leave most of the playerlist as my 3rd councilmember.

Is that suspicious? per the votecount, there is only one player voting for a council which doesn't include themselves. And yet clearly there is a need for consensus to actually select a council. So I suppose that clustering is exactly what I'd expect to happen in this setup.
