I don't know how to read mastina, but I'd say town as I don't see much difference to my last game with mastina (with what there is to work with) This is a slot I'd rather look into more Day 4 or so.

At this stage Tsutsu is more likely as scum than Moz. When the Moz wagon got too big, hopped off and tried to slow it down. Keeps talking about getting rid of Moz but just ignoring it all together. Either looking to save a scum buddy or as pointed out, will be an easy mis lim if town. Either way scum.

Moz is scum for posting mostly worthless comments and forced comments while pushing the narrative still that low posts means scum. The posting from Moz has no real backing and reasons of reads are just meh.
