Admittedly I was flipping the fuck about because I was the thirteenth player on the player list and Bell kept insisting incorrectly I was scum.

Bork town -> In order scum to town like BM, notsci, you, Dunn, Pooky, Titus, Tammy? All 3 of notsci/MB/Dunn have good reason to be town, Pooky is more for paranoia of burning the bussing card than for anything tangible. This got me to think more on Titus, originally she was lower town and I had her as "pretty dartthrow and probably worth reevaluating given the weird D1 progression on me/Cakez" but now I feel like she's probably town for it. She used VCA as a reason to stop pushing me and to push more on Cakez, the explanation wasn't great but the scum motivation would be ??? super bizarre.

Bork scum is something I might have to come to terms with and I don't even know where to start for the partner but BM is probably still the vote.

How extensive our messaging system should be from there is probably going to be left up to us, in thatdivising workarounds/playing an extensive game of 20 Questions is sufficiently inhibiting that it's not worth cracking down on.

yeah that's fair. I don't see much point dragging the day out though, and certainly don't advocate people waste time looking through a lens of "BM flips scum" when I'm flipping town.

if i'm honest, i don't think i'd think i was scum either - if I was scum with Cakez, I'm not sure belatedly moving to notscience when Cakez was already at -1 approaching deadline and highly likely to be elimmed, really makes sense? You could argue that's WIFOM, but large themes are pretty simplistic - people tend to just default to the most obvious thing, and being as conspicuous as that in what would have hypothetically been a high probability scum-elim is a pretty dumb move. But maybe y'all think I'm dumb, or more likely just don't care to spend too much time thinking logically about it. Both understandable!

Also, I'm not sure scum-BM ever fakeclaims miller, especially on Day 2 under no pressure. But hey ho - we're 150 pages deep, town in a good position, so I can understand town just wanting to pick off the low hanging fruit.

I don't know if this would help assauge your paranoia MathBlade but me going deep would 100% be improvisation. Everything about Day 1 would have been to accumulate mechanical powed/towncred then burn it in exchange for 2 or ideally 3 miselims.

High risk/high visibility plays Day 1 are like that and I have a very, very long record of wanting shutouts and preferring to be the first scum flipped even though it never happens.
