You may or may not have noticed recently that on the Main Page of the Wiki we've been changing the featured role and set-up each month. The Wiki Team has been hard at work updating many of the Wiki role pages and generally cleaning it up. They did massive work replacing the word lynch with elimination on as many pages as they could find. They've done a great job. I did want to celebrate them and announce that in the Open Queue, we're going to begin featuring the Wiki Team by prioritizing the role and set-ups of the month they choose.

Past Months (Role, Setup)
Jan: Finder, Black Flag (for Team Mafia)
Feb: Lover, Lovers Mafia (Valentine's day)
Mar: Fruit Vendor, C9 (C9 throwback for birthday month)

The Wiki Team chooses this without my input. So starting this month, the roles and set-ups they choose will get priority sign-ups for any Moderator who queues a game featuring either the Role of the Month or uses the Set-Up of the Month.

does priority sign-ups mean that a game that's in the queue and uses one of the featured roles/setups gets put in signups as soon as a game fills as if said game was first in the queue?

It was actually a not so elaborate April Fool's post to get people to look at Jester being the featured role.

As at least one person has expressed interest in pre-inning: This was also a joke, btw. I do intend to run a variation on Cult D3 featuring Jesters, but am eligible to in as a mod in neither queue where it would be appropriate at the moment.
